The image captures the meeting of frontiers between the Russian and Tarbagatay Kazakhstan Central Asia, showcasing the diverse cultural heritage of the region. The photograph's historic significance is further emphasized by its inclusion in the collection of the Museum of the West Siberian Branch of the Imperial Russian Geographic Society in Omsk, which assembled photographs between 1891 and 1918.
