Caption: An enchanting snapshot of daily life in early 20th-century Mexico, this vintage print titled "An Interlude - The Breadman's Donkey" captures a captivating scene filled with vibrant characters and bustling activity. Created by the talented artist Helen Hyde in 1912, this woodcut portrait showcases her remarkable ability to bring scenes to life through her intricate detailing and masterful use of color.
