Lot 11 comprises two adjacent plots of land situated on the south side of the turnpike road connecting Greenhill to Bradway. These parcels offer picturesque views towards Beauchief Abbey's entrance lodge. Opposite lot 11 lies lot 12—a close of land known as Briery lands—which adjoins the turnpike road. Its strategic location adds value and convenience for potential owners or farmers. Lastly, lot 13 presents four quaint cottages with accompanying gardens along the bustling turnpike road from Greenhill to Bradway. Adjacent to these dwellings is an excellent plot of divided land called Stubbing. Surveyor T. D.
