Secondly, a portrait of Arthur Wellesley, the 1st Duke of Wellington, known as The Iron Duke, who served twice as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and was one of the commanders who won, and ended the Napoleonic Wars at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
