Poster produced for London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) and London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS) to promote rail services to Edinburgh. The poster shows a view of the city, with the castle on the left and Princes Street on the right. Artwork by Henry Rushbury (1889-1968), who studied at the Birmingham College of Art and later at the Slade Art School under Henry Tonks. He was a watercolourist, etcher and drypoint artist who favoured architectural scenes. Dimensions: 1016 mm x 1270 mm
