Lot 1 a parcel of pasture land with a valuable frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike Road, called the Kittling Troughs, (tenant Benjamin Oates).Lot 2 a parcel of valuable building land with a frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike Road called the Large Kittling Troughs.Lot 3 cottage, house, yard and garden (tenant George Procter).Lot 4 an eligible building site called Burrow Lee Close, with a valuable frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike road) (tenant John Bramall).Lot 5 a parcel of building land with an extensive frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike road, called the paddock (tenant John Bramall).Lot 6 a valuable building site comprising the mansion House of Burrow Lee, with cottage, offices and farm buildings (Occupation Road, including site of North Fence Wall, Saw Croft Field), barn Field, Round Meadow, etc) (tenant John Bramall).
