Hadrian's Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an iconic symbol of Roman engineering and military might. Constructed under the orders of Emperor Hadrian between 122 and 128 AD, the wall stretches over 73 miles from Wallsend in the east to Bowness-on-Solway in the west, marking the northern boundary of the Roman Empire.
