Alexey Ivanovich Tevkelev, Kutlu-Mohammed Tevkelev (1674-1766), Tatar Murza (aristocrat), Russian diplomat and soldier, founder of the city of Chelyabinsk, major general, participant in the suppression of Bashkir uprisings in the Volga area (1735-1740).
