Poster Prints are of comparable archival quality to our Photographic prints, they are simply printed on thinner Poster Paper. Whilst we only use Photographic Prints in our frames, you can frame Poster Prints if they are carefully supported to prevent sagging over time.

Poster prints are budget friendly enlarged prints in standard poster paper sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 etc). EDITORS COMMENTS
This print captures the picturesque beauty of Porto, Portugal. The River Douro gracefully winds its way through the city, reflecting the vibrant colors of the surrounding landscape. In this scene, sherry boats, also known as port barges, peacefully float along the river's surface. The traditional wooden barges are a symbol of Porto's rich maritime history and its connection to the famous port wine industry. These boats were once used to transport barrels of sherry from vineyards in the Douro Valley downriver to cellars in Porto for aging and exportation. Nestled on a hillside overlooking the water is an array of charming houses and buildings that add character to this urban waterfront setting. A solitary tree stands tall against a backdrop of fluffy clouds, creating a sense of tranquility amidst bustling city life. Intriguing architectural features can be spotted throughout this image - from an elegant church spire reaching towards the sky to contemporary structures lining the riverfront. This juxtaposition between old and new showcases Porto's ability to seamlessly blend tradition with modernity. Photographers Gavin Hellier and Robert Harding have masterfully captured all these elements in one breathtaking shot. Their use of color enhances every detail, making it impossible not to be drawn into this enchanting Portuguese scene. Whether you've visited before or dreamt about exploring Europe's hidden gems, this print serves as a reminder that there is always more beauty waiting to be discovered around every corner.
