EDITORS COMMENTS
Great moment captured in this photo as Jack Wilshere of Arsenal celebrates after scoring the third goal for his team during the Premier League match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on December 28,2017. With a crowd of jubilant teammates and Arsenal fans in the background, Wilshere raises both arms in triumph, relishing in the thrill of the victory. The Gunners had found themselves trailing 2-0 in the first half, but a second-half comeback spearheaded by Wilshere's goal and two more from Olivier Giroud saw them emerge victorious. The midfielder, who had been sidelined for a significant portion of the season due to injury, was making a strong case for a regular starting spot with his impressive performance on the pitch. The win moved Arsenal up to fifth place in the league table, keeping them in the hunt for a top-four finish and a place in the Champions League. Wilshere's goal was a crucial one, not just for the team, but also for his own confidence as he continued to prove his worth to manager Arsene Wenger and Arsenal fans alike.
