It reads The Lady Mayoress having desired the opportunity of putting before our employes a suggestion that they should be represented on the Ladies Committee at the City Hall, it is desired that the Leading Hands and Foremen will meet in the Works Dining Hall at 5.45 p.m. on Monday, the 20th instant, to hear a statement made on behalf of the Lady Mayoress, and to select representatives for this purpose'.
