Among the Spanish representatives are Don Francisco de Bracamonte Guzmán, Count of Mendoza, and Gaspar de Bracamonte Guzmán, Marquis of Villalba. Adriaen Clant, Antoine Brun, and Barthold van Gent are also present, likely serving as witnesses or advisors. The painting is a copy after Gerard Ter Borch II (1617-1681), also known as Gerard Ter Borch the Younger.
