In this enchanting photograph, taken at the Braemar Highland Games in 1934, we find a young and vibrant Princess Elizabeth (later Queen Elizabeth II, 1926-2022) and her younger sister, Princess Margaret (1930-2002), sharing a joyful moment with their cousin, Margaret Elphinstone (later Margaret Rhodes, 1925-2016).
