A trio of dedicated job creation workers, Ivor Jenkinson, Nigel Alexander, and Brian Hope, can be seen diligently working on a remarkable project that would breathe new life into Cleveland's museums. Their mission? To restore the museum's collection of historic hand carts and bring them back onto the streets for public display.
